We Take Safety Very Seriously

At Ultimate Trackdays we take safety very seriously. We make sure you can explore the capabilities of both the car and your own personal driving ability, whilst having enormous fun, but in a controlled, safe environment

The information below gives more detail of our safety equipment and briefings.

  • You will be equipped with professional, race standard fire retardant suits, so you will look the part, but more importantly be safe.
  • You will be given your own fire retardant balaclava to go under the helmet for added protection. The balaclava will also be yours to keep as a memento of your day.
  • Every car has a 5 point race harness to ensure you are securely strapped into your racing seat.
  • Every car includes the latest fire extinguishers which the race instructors and marshals are trained to use.
  • Professional marshals will be present at each track/race event. They will control flags and ensure safety on the track at all times. There will also be an emergency response team on hand in the event of an incident.
  • All our instructors are professional racing drivers who are trained to handle an emergency situation.
  • You will be required to attend a track day safety briefing before you are allowed on the circuit. This is to ensure you are aware of safety on the circuit, in the pits and whilst in the car.
